Voice Centre, commonly called Call-Centre’s, is a central place deals with Customer Sales, Technical Support or other help-lines over a phone line. These could be outbound calls for direct product sales, lead generation, market research campaigns etc. or inbound calls for Customer Care, usually with some amount of computer automation. Typically, a call centre has the ability to handle a considerable volume of calls at the same time, to screen calls & forward those to someone qualified to handle them. Non-Voice BPO activities deal with data or Transaction Processes for large organizations across different geographical or countries. Non Voice services promise stability and are applicable in a wide range of domains like Airlines, Banking, Data Processing, Financial Services, Healthcare, HR Services, Insurance, Litigation Services, Manufacturing, Mortgage Services, Research, Securities, Transportation and Telecom .
